The library is wonderful and you can sell books on Amazon if you don’t need them. I’d just caution before switching insurance companies: some companies don’t charge much but also have a bad record of paying claims. However, some do both: you just need to do your homework.

I *love* #9: haven’t had cable for years. Between hulu,com and espn3.com, I get more than I have time to watch.

One other suggestion is freecyle.com. It’s a really cool site where you can post items you want to get rid of and/or find items you need that other people are trying to ditch. There are local networks in metropolitan areas and within individual communities. In most cases, you just send an email, the person doing the recycling puts the item(s) on the front porch and no contact is even necessary. Great way to make sure stuff doesn’t just end up in the landfill.
