This video has over 8 million views right now! WOW! I’m so glad people have taken the time to watch and share this amazing story of transformation. I hope this video touches your soul and you find the courage to step forward and become the person you’ve always wanted to be. Remember, there is only one you, so being yourself is important!
Here are some tips for you to focus on along your journey in life:
- Have the will to “try”. Don’t focus on what you think you cannot do. Imagine the possibilities and reach for them.
- Find the right motivational people to put in your corner. Clean out the negative influences in your life and remind yourself that you deserve the best.
- Understand that it is ok to fall as long as you get back up. Never giving up is a must in everything you do in life.
- Celebrate the successes along the way. For every step you take that moves you closer to your goal, is a step worth taking.
- Know that you can become or achieve anything you want to in your lifetime. Limitations are self-imposed so unlock the chains and set yourself free.
- Always believe in yourself. Focus on your internal courage and your ability to overcome and challenge yourself to be better than you have ever been before.
- Be you! Remember that you are the only person like you so stand proud and stand tall because you have a special gift to share with the world.
So what are you waiting for? The world needs you right now! Go for it! 😀
Until next time,

Love that video. Almost cried the first time I saw it. Really shows the power of the human spirit.
Brett,
It’s a great video and yes, I too almost cried when I saw it. It made me feel like I could do anything.
Take care,
Dina
What a very inspirational post!! The one that stuck out to me most is #3. I think we fall throughout the day – little tiny failures. Even after those little failures we still need to get right back up again! For example, if you’re dieting – and messed up at lunch and had some fries, that’s OK. It doesnt mean that you eat pizza for dinner. Just get back on track at your next meal!!
Thanks for sharing.
Gwen,
Thank you! You’re so right about the diet mishaps. We just need to self-correct and keep moving forward. It’s easier to fix after one mistake and harder after several.
All the best,
Dina
Taking all the motivation from here for myself for a variety of things I procrastinate at! Thanks for a lovely post there! 😀

Wow! That was amazing. Thank you for sharing that. I love yoga and here am I struggling to fit in a practice session a few times a week (excuses abound – “I’m too busy” “I’m too tired”) and that guy struggled so much and still managed. Yoga session coming up today!
Ana,
You had me cracking up when I read your comment. Isn’t it funny that our excuses usually don’t amount to someone who really has a lot to overcome. LOL So glad you’re going to find time to get your yoga session done. Feel free to watch this anytime you feel like making excuses. 🙂
Best wishes,
Dina
