I love yoga and here am I struggling to fit in a practice session a few times a week (excuses abound – “I’m too busy” “I’m too tired”) and that guy struggled so much and still managed. The one that stuck out to me most is #3. I think we fall throughout the day – little tiny failures. Even after those little failures we still need to get right back up again! For example, if you’re dieting – and messed up at lunch and had some fries, that’s OK. It doesnt mean that you eat pizza for dinner. Just get back on track at your next meal!!
