I don’t have much of a story to share. For the past year (a little more) I have been making the transition from full time employee to business owner. To go though this process, I’ve had to change my entire mindset and many beliefs I’ve developed growing up. I realized that many beliefs that I held did not support me, or the life I wanted to create for myself. I agree with you and understand when you say that our past cannot be changed, but we have the choice to create our own lives (& pasts if we want). It is entirely up to us. I am so happy that you found and created your happy life.

Thank you so much for your kind words! And yes, living through major experiences in ones lifetime has the ability to either “make you” or “break you”. The choice is up to us as to how we’d like to live the rest of our lives. I’m a fighter (as most people are) so I wasn’t going down without a few battle scars. Now I’m in a position to help others do the same. I feel liberated!

I think it takes a certain amount of challenge – and challenge on the big scale, like the things you’ve lived through – to get to the point where you can use that to help others and really understand what they might be dealing with. I admire you for having so much compassion for yourself and for the people you work with, and for putting that compassion to such good use. 🙂 So glad to read more of your story here !

Yes, the option to choose is an option most people think they don’t have. Even when not making a choice, they fail to realize that too is a choice. 🙂

I would love to hear more about how Fibromyalgia has affected your life. I’m sure its been a struggle.
