In order to go forward in life, we must know who we are, why we feel they way we do and why we do the things we do. I’ve listed some questions you may want to answer (for yourself) so you may find some insight into yourself.  The only rule of this activity is that you are completely HONEST with yourself.  Why? Because without honesty, you’ll only waste your time and fool yourself into thinking you’re actually “doing” something.  Remember, these answers are for you alone so there is no one judging you but yourself.  You don’t need to post them.  However, if you feel like sharing your thoughts about this activity, I would love to hear them.

1) What are the strongest beliefs about yourself and the world right now?

2) What gifts do you have right now that you would like to make available to the world?

3) When in your life did you feel most creative?

4) When in your life were you most committed to something/someone?

5) What are the greatest accomplishments of your life?

6) About what have you take the strongest stand?

7) What is the most important lesson you have learned to date?

8) Where do you get your energy from?

9) What are the biggest personal or professional concerns you are facing right now?

10)  Are you ready to take action to “change” your life for the better?

If you answered yes to question 10, that’s wonderful. If you answered maybe, that’s good.  You’re almost there.  If you answered no, don’t panic, it just means you need to work out some issues before taking action. If you would like some guidance or a partner to help you be accountable during your action taking process or need some help getting to “yes”, I would be more than willing to help.  Just ask.  🙂

All the best,
