WARNING: The laughter in this video is contagious so please watch at your own risk. 🙂
You loved it, didn’t you? 🙂 I knew it! 🙂
Laughter is like yawning…it’s contagious. It’s a shared moment with someone where we convey how relaxed and at easy we are. It’s a whole body experience too. The arms, legs, stomach, everyone wants to get in on the action. We clap our hands, we roll around on the floor, or we grab our tummies because we hurt from laughing so hard. You know what I’m talking about, don’t you? 🙂
So why do we love to laugh anyway? Well, because it feels good and it reminds us that the world is not such a bad place. It also has amazing healing powers. We usually feel better after laughing, so get to giggling and release those endorphins. 🙂
I believe there should be a daily required dose of laughter everyday. No sure where to find some? Try these options:
- Turn on the good ole Youtube and type in “funny” or “laughing” and see what pops up
- Go to a comedy show
- Grab some friends and talk about the 80’s hairstyles, etc.
- Watch your pets (mine are quite amusing)
- Tell or listen to jokes
- Play the “remember when” game
- Play with your Tickle Me Elmo (I have got to pull this out of the closet and play with it!)
There are so many benefits to adding laughter to your life so I highly encourage you to do so ASAP. 🙂 And my one caveat is that laughing at someone else’s expense is never cool. Ok, there I said it. Carry on! 🙂
Love and Laughter,
Dina Blas

Lina,
So glad you enjoyed the post. 🙂
Take care,
Dina
I love that video I have watched it several times. Laughter is so very important in our lives and people tend to forget about it! I promise to laugh good and hard tomorrow 🙂
Beth,
So happy you’re going to implement this tomorrow. I can see you laughing now. 🙂
Blessings,
Dina
My pets provide an endless source of entertainment every day and you’re right laughter does brighten up your day! I love it when my dog chases his tail or when my cat sits under the faucet getting soaking wet and doesn’t seem to mind!
Michelle,
Mine are too! I believe we find humor where we want to. 🙂
Best wishes,
Dina
Such a true statement. Laughter is such good medicine. Thank you for brightening up my day.
Glad it helped James! 🙂
